Due to the growth and expansion of our Waipukurau office, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities include:Reception – being first point of contact for all clients in person and via phone and email. Receiving and transferring calls, taking messages and managing enquiries.General assistance such as diary management, organising calendars, bookings, coordinating meetings with external and internal clients, minute taking etc.Marketing support - prepare, design, book, paginate and collate advertising/marketing publications and materials as required and liaise with marketing department to ensure vendor campaigns run seamlessly.Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) – ensure VMI activity is on-time, cross checked and reconciled.Assist with documentation/typing/filing in accordance with company guidelines and standards.Support with pre-listing documentation and kits and ensure listings are accurately loaded on Property Suite and other online avenues.Auctions – Assist with setting up the auction room on auction day and assisting the auction co-ordinator as required.Produce reports, updates and newsletters.What you bring to the role:To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience working in the real estate or legal sector, however key attributes for your success will be your strong attention to detail and impeccable accuracy, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
