Treetech's vision is to lead the way in urban forest management, while providing tree services that are second to none and working in a manner that is not only safe to our staff and the public but one that also has minimal impact on the environment.We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our growing passionate and professional team.
This role is to provide overall administration support to the Treetech office, with a key focus on purchasing and general administration.Your duties would include:Responsible for purchasing any products from approved suppliers in a timely and efficient manner for prompt turnaround.Responsible for the allocation or distribution of inventory to appropriate departments.Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock situations.Collating information, updating daily revenue spreadsheets and reporting on financial information when required.Back up for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Providing administrative support to the Finance & Consultancy.HHR & HSQE administration support.Flexibility to support all administration facets at Treetech.Your skills and experience:Experience in an administrative role.Exceptional experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.Strong organisation, planning with a good attention to detail.Strong written & verbal communication and ability to build and maintain relationships.Initiative, problem solving and ability to juggle multiple tasks.This is an excellent career opportunity to join an innovative and progressive business, that is focused on 'Leading the way in Urban Forestry Management.'
