H2R Consulting – Wellington Central, North IslandSenior Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary Role)We're looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a corporate team based on the Wellington city fringe. This is a temporary role for someone ready to hit the ground running and contribute immediately.The Details:Rate: $38 - $42 per hour (+ 8% holiday pay)Location: Wellington, city fringe (northern)Duration: 3-month temporary assignment with view to extend or go perm if you like it :)Key Responsibilities:Manage full end-to-end accounts payable (checking rather than entering)Reconcile GL ledgers, credit cards, and bank accountsCredit card reconciliationsResolve invoice issues and ensure accurate, timely paymentsWork with internal teams and suppliers to address any discrepanciesRequired Skills:Intermediate Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and V-lookups)Experience with GL Ledger reconciliationsProven experience with Credit Card and Bank ReconciliationsStrong communication skills – ability to identify and address issues directlyIf you have the right experience and are ready for a new challenge, apply now to get started.
