Their extensive product range spans every corner of the market including infrastructure, manufacturing, and building projects. The Opportunity Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will act as the 2IC in an established AP team. This key role will allow you the space to add genuine value to the business and develop your accounting career. This exciting and varied role will include, but is not limited to: Fixed Asset Management: Overseeing the fixed assets register end-to-end. Reconciliations: Handling balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations. Forex Management: Managing foreign exchange purchasing and forecasting cash flow. Vendor Management: Managing payments, stock reconciliation, and vendor relations. Treasury & Banking: Overseeing treasury systems and banking operations. Intercompany Transactions: Handling transactions and allocations between business entities. Business Analysis & Reporting: Conducting cost analysis and supporting month/year-end closing processes. Training & Support: Providing training and addressing business queries. About You Ideally, you will have at least 5 years of experience as an AP officer, including experience with end-to-end, sole-charge AP. As a result, you will have an extensive knowledge of accounts and will be able to work cohesively within a team to provide members with support and guidance. You will have a background knowledge of fixed assets, having managed the entire process previously. You will be an excellent communicator, have high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to an inventory/product-based business will be advantageous.
