We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join a successful Professional Services and Investment Management Company based in the heart of Auckland CBD.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:
Administer and manage invoice and expense systems, ensuring smooth workflows.
Reconcile supplier accounts and process all expenses.
Manage the AP expenses mailbox and address internal/external queries promptly.
Credit card management and reconciliations.
Post automatic payment journals and clear bank reconciliations.
Support cost analysis and assist in property marketing accounting functions.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the country.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and financial operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and advanced problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Prior experience with SAP Concur advantageous.
