You will be predominately responsible for overseeing the financial activities and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse financial statements.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-makingBudgeting and Forecasting:Develop and oversee the budgeting process.Work with department heads to establish and monitor financial goals.Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis.Internal Controls:Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and ensure their implementation.Cash Management:Manage cash flow to optimise working capital.Oversee banking relationships and transactions.Lead and grow the finance team.Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with overall business objectives.Financial Strategy:Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.Make recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.Tax Management:Oversee tax planning and compliance.Coordinate with external tax advisers to ensure accurate and timely filing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
