Senior Accountant

Christmas is coming early! Our client is a boutique CA firm with a friendly environment.

You will be involved with GST returns, payroll, financial statements as well as tax returns. If you like building rapport with your clients all while working for a tight knit team this role could be for you.

This is a full-time permanent role, in the Wellington CBD.
$70,000-$90,000 depending on experience.

About the role: Prepares reports, documentation and correspondence under superior's supervision.Keeps up-to-date with latest accounting developments.Consults with superiors on issues identified and researches these.Identifies statutory and regulatory changes that will affect own clients.Demonstrates a good understanding of broad tax issues and how they impact on their clients.Establishes a close working relationship with client; understands the main issues.About you: Experience working in a CA firm.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent computer skills and experience, including MS Office.Experience with Xero.Able to work with a variety of clients.Can work with little or no supervision.Want to hear more?
