The Finance Manager is an essential member of the team, managing a team of 4. This role will manage finances for multiple entities, with responsibility for Finance, Tax, Corporate and Management Accounting. The Finance Manager will proactively address financial issues and raise them with leadership, and identify and act on opportunities for systems and process improvement.
Responsibilities include :
Monthly Reporting, accruals, reconciliations Cash Management, monthly cash forecasts Accounts Payables and Payroll Perform Financial Analysis Financial Reporting, timely and accurate financial statements, income statements What you'll need :
Beyond the usual tasks of the role, you will ideally have the following;
Experience in international business Experience in dealing with multiple entities Experience in manufacturing or sales industries would be favoured Medium sized organisation experience Managerial experience and dealing with complex accounting. Work in office : There are no set rules apart from one anchor day. The preference is to have people in the office but there is flexibility for the right person to negotiate the right hybrid balance.
