The Role
In this position, you will provide high-level accounting support to a diverse portfolio of clients you'll be instrumental in ensuring financial compliance, supporting business growth, and delivering exceptional service.
The Responsibilities
Proven experience in handling complex accounting tasks, including GST, FBT, tax compliance, and business advisory work.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle a variety of client-related projects.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to review the work of others with a keen eye for accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About You
Fully CA-qualified with proven post-qualification experience.
Proficient in Xero, and practice management systems like XPM.
Strong technical knowledge of New Zealand tax compliance, including GST and FBT.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and review the work of junior team members.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
A proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering results.
