In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Client Manager to provide exceptional service and support to our clients across a range of accounting and financial management needs.We offer an attractive salary based on experience, along with the option to work from home on select days.The Role:Your major role is to look after C and D class clients, servicing them in all areas of taxation advice and business advisory services.You will be trained by your Senior Client Manager with interpersonal and selling skills.You will work with your Senior Production Manager, helping train you in technical knowledge and reviewing your work.Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management to support the firm's strategic objectives.Identify opportunities to add value and offer advisory services.Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents for clients under the guidance of senior staff members.You will be required to meet with C and D class clients to help with:Strategic Client MeetingsClient Software SelectionBusiness MentoringStrategic Tax Planning and Structuring AdviceTeam Work:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Training and helping other Accountants and Bookkeepers on your team both in New Zealand and in the Philippines.Soft Skills:You are required to have a high level of interpersonal or selling skills in this role.You should be a good leader, results and outcomes driven but with great people skills.You should have the ability to be an extremely good communicator of complex technical information.You are a natural people person and love working with and dealing with client's problems.The successful applicant needs a high level of technical knowledge and an ability to apply it to finalise jobs for clients.Will have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Must be a team player.Experience with MYOB & Xero highly desirable, with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks in a highly organised and methodical manner.Accounting degree and CA or CPA qualifications desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
