The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and be in it for the long-term!
Responsibilities:
Preparing financial statements, tax returns, GST, and PAYE returns etc.
Proficient in accounting software, especially Xero
Managing your wide range of client portfolios to meet their business and accounting needs
Maintaining strong client relationships
What You'll Need:
Recent experience working in a New Zealand CA Firm in a BAS role
Tertiary qualifications are a must, but CA qualifications aren't a necessity
Experience with Xero is preferable
Great initiative and self-driven
High attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
