Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and building strong client relationships? We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team, responsible for expanding our market presence across New Zealand and Australia.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and delivering tailored technical solutions. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor while collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and engineering. Your experience in complex B2B transactions, particularly in Construction, Engineering, or Industrial Product Design, will set you apart as you help shape strategic sales initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop customised technical solutions based on client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Identify new business opportunities, drive sales, and expand market presence.
Conduct regular client check-ins, product demonstrations, and technical training sessions.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D drawings.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Engineering or a related field.
Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Industrial Product Design.
Must be computer literate and comfortable using CRM and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy.
Travel:
This role involves regular domestic and occasional international travel.
