The Successful Candidate Will Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in SEN education. Previous experience of working in a SEN school setting. Strong understanding of different SEN needs and effective strategies for supporting students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
