Careers Advisor We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed careers advisor to join our team from the beginning of the 2025 school year (28 January 2025).
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between school and either the workplace or towards further education. This diverse and busy role involves building strong working relationships with students, teaching staff, and outside providers to ensure the best plan going forward for all our students, beyond the school years.
As part of this role, you will have oversight over the Careers Department/Gateway programme and Trades Academy. This will involve keeping within departmental budgets, reaching targets, timelines, and keeping accurate records.
Teaching load of 0.2.
A willingness to contribute to the extracurricular life of our school is an expectation of all applicants.
