About the role: We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Lead to work on concierge and be the 'face of' a high-profile Client, in their brand-new building based in Auckland CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your strong communication and customer relationship skills. Being a confident leader, you will be able to lead the small concierge team to excellence. You are a professional delivering a high level of service which you can demonstrate with your work experience to date. Having a natural passion to assist customers with their inquiries and problem solve under pressure, this is an ideal role for you. As you will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are safe and secure with a security element to this role, there is a requirement to hold a Certificate of Approval and be trained in Security Systems and Processes. Key Duties: Meet and greet staff, contractors, and external visitors and answer complex questions in a timely manner. Assist Facilities Management with key concierge requirements. Opening procedures of the building. Ensuring access control protocols are strictly followed. Effective operation of alarm monitoring and CCTV. Immediate response to security breaches. Timely response to telephone and email inquiries. Recording Incident Reports and reporting Health & Safety issues. About You: Be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills with work experience. You will have a minimum of 3 years work experience in customer service focused roles. You will have a high level of sound problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of computer literacy, and comfortable with the corporate business environment. Have a current COA, or the ability to gain one. Gallagher Security System experience is favorable, but not essential. We will train and support you in this role. What we can offer you: Market Leading Salary.
