About the Role Canberra (Australia) or Wellington (New Zealand) based - preferred Travel required Full-time, 38 hours, with some workplace flexibility.
Purpose The Sector Manager (Sustainability and Environment) will support the implementation of organisational values, strategy, and processes through the development and maintenance of knowledge, practice, process, and documentation for sectors or schemes within the nominated portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Relate conformity assessment to stakeholder needs.
Support regulatory initiatives and engage with industry, regulators, and scheme owners.
Participate in technical discussions and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Manage knowledge transfer and allocated scheme committees.
Undertake assessments, support assessors, and identify talent for the assessment pool.
Coach and mentor assessors and technical specialists.
Undertake projects and contribute to internal system improvements.
Key Interfaces Management, staff, and contractors.
Certification and Inspection Bodies.
Industry, community, scheme owners, and technical committees.
Government and regulatory officials.
