- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items as necessary.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Manage data entry tasks and assist in the generation of reports and presentations for management as required.
- **Expense Management**: Assist with the management of office budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses to ensure organizational efficiency.

### Requirements
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a remote or flexible work setting.
- **Education**: Relevant qualification in business administration, office management, or a related field is desirable.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiar with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
