### Key Responsibilities - **Administrative Support:** - Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other essential documents for meetings.
- **Project Management:** - Coordinate and oversee various projects ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are on track.
- Track project milestones, provide updates to key stakeholders, and facilitate communication among team members.
- **Research and Reporting:** - Conduct thorough research on various topics to support team initiatives or executive decision-making.
- Compile and present findings in a clear, concise manner through reports or presentations.
- **Communication:** - Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and facilitating clear communication.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, reflecting the company's values of integrity and excellence.
- **Document Management:** - Organize and maintain electronic files and databases, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the relevant team members.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems to streamline information retrieval processes.
- **Customer Focus:** - Assist in addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather feedback and continuously improve processes that enhance customer satisfaction.
### Requirements - **Education and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally in a corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and database management is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** - Highly driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Soft Skills:** - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
