We have a 7-month fixed term opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master. As the Scrum Master in the Nga Tapuwae Korero (NTK) ART, you will be helping to maximise the value created by the Scrum team and protecting the team from external distractions. The Scrum Master is a crucial role and is responsible for a number of areas, including coaching team members, removing impediments, encouraging experimentation, and supporting continuous team improvement.
The NTK ART is focused on enhancing the customer system (Juno) to improve business customer outcomes and experiences. This involves strategic enhancements to keep Juno relevant and robust, supporting the Business Customer strategic direction.
The successful applicant will mainly work with two teams, one working on Guidewire, and the other working on migrating to Guidewire Cloud, and Business Intelligence to the Claims Data Platform and Power BI.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of the Agile values and principles, and display Agile behaviours (preferable)
An Agile mindset and Servant Leader attributes
Awareness of approaches discussed in the Agile space, such as Lean, Scrum and Kanban
Previous experience as a collaborative leader
Excellent customer focus and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to influence, drive innovation and adopt new ways of working
Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team performance
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and facilitation skills
Strong time management and organisational skills

The salary range for this role is $119,161 - $142,993 with appointment dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
