Key Responsibilities: Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, auditing and bankingOversee enrollment and withdrawal processFiling of archivesAssist with the management of school sickbayComplete tasks related to daily attendance recordsEnsure compliance with school policies and regulationsManage the school office, including answering phone calls, emails, and welcoming visitorsMaintain communication with parents, caregivers, and the school communitySupport leadership with scheduling and administrative tasksAssist with sales and management of stock supplyKey Skills: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferable but not requiredStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work well as part of a teamExcellent digital technology skillsFlexible with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environmentHigh standard of professional presentation and a friendly, approachable demeanour Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationAn open-minded and proactive approach to continuous learning, particularly in adapting to new systems or processesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a great sense of humourA commitment to supporting a positive school culture by developing positive relationships with students, whanau and staff where all cultures are valued and celebratedHow to Apply: Please apply with your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
