The role: We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator & Client Support person to join our team in Wanaka. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm.
The Scheduling Coordinator & Client Support role will provide support to the Southern Lakes team by delivering exceptional client focused service, scheduling all on site activities, effectively managing all phone enquiries and escalating as necessary, supporting our showroom facility; Liaising with site contacts in preparation for site visits, for templates, installations and others as required, in a proficient and efficient manner by overseeing timelines, resources, labour, and communication.
You will be: - Accurate, detail focused and assertive
- An excellent communicator (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with our customers and our Southern Lakes team.
- An expert coordinator of resources, timelines, information, and updates, and
- Continually focused on clients and service delivery.
Most important: This role is more than just scheduling all our install work as we need you to also be the 'voice of action', our link with our customers, coordinating job install needs and making sure it happens. You must, therefore, be a confident communicator and enjoy regular customer interaction. Please note, as a primarily 'business to business' operation within the construction sector we enjoy a 3-week close down over the Christmas period.
