Aetna is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Online Office Manager** to join our dynamic team in Dunedin, Otago. - **Data Management**: Maintain meticulous records of office processes, attendance, and project progress. Prepare and analyze reports that inform decision-making and policy improvements.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant office management or administrative experience, particularly in a digital or remote work environment.

**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Office 365, project management software, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Slack).
- Strong understanding of online office management practices and techniques.
