ABOUT THE ROLEOur client is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to play a key role in managing scheduling and supporting the operations department. This full-time position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the scheduling process across multiple divisions, ensuring efficient operations and clear communication between teams, contractors, and clients. RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Scheduling Coordinator, you will: Manage the scheduling of works through Google Calendar for both residential and commercial projectsBook and coordinate contractors for specific jobsAllocate work to wage installers and manage their schedulesCoordinate remedial work and warranty requestsCommunicate with Group Builder Project Managers to ensure projects stay on trackEnsure all required products are warehoused in time for installationCompile work orders and relevant site measures for installation teamsAssist the Operations Manager in ensuring timely project completion according to client requirementsREQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced role in Residential/ commercial constructionThe ability to manage conflicting priorities and expectationsStrong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at onceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport building with staff, contractors, and clientsA high level of computer literacy, with the ability to manage scheduling and documentation efficientlyAttention to detail, especially when managing work orders and project schedulesA proactive and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
