ABOUT THE ROLEOur client is seeking a Scheduling Administrator to play a key role in managing scheduling and supporting the operations department. This full-time position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the scheduling process across multiple divisions, ensuring efficient operations and clear communication between teams, contractors, and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Scheduling Administrator, you will:

Manage the scheduling of works through Google Calendar for both residential and commercial projects
Book and coordinate contractors for specific jobs
Allocate work to wage installers and manage their schedules
Coordinate remedial work and warranty requests
Communicate with Group Builder Project Managers to ensure projects stay on track
Ensure all required products are warehoused in time for installation
Compile work orders and relevant site measures for installation teams
Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring timely project completion according to client requirements

REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have:

2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced role in Residential/Commercial construction
The ability to manage conflicting priorities and expectations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport building with staff, contractors, and clients
A high level of computer literacy, with the ability to manage scheduling and documentation efficiently
Attention to detail, especially when managing work orders and project schedules
A proactive and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment
