As a Schedule Coordinator, you will be scheduling Support Workers to meet ongoing roster needs to effectively deliver our support services.
This is a vital role to ensure the people we support receive excellent services with minimal disruptions.
You will be preparing advanced rosters as well as filling short-notice sick leave when needed.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in rostering and scheduling or high volume coordinator roles.
You will be in frequent contact with our team of Support Workers to arrange shift cover.
Great communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships, will be essential.
Changes and challenges can arise unexpectedly, so your ability to problem solve and come up with solutions quickly will be highly valued.
