Tasks and responsibilities Our work is crucial for providing safe platforms for construction, maintenance, or repair activities at various heights. Reporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager, these positions are responsible for delivering high-quality scaffolding work at our project sites. These full-time, permanent roles are based in the Taupo/Bay of Plenty region. Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety standardsEnsure all scaffolding work complies with safety regulations and company policiesConduct regular safety checks and inspections of scaffolding equipmentInstall scaffolding components such as platforms, braces, and ladders to create stable working surfacesMaintain tools and equipment used in scaffolding operationsWork closely with other construction team members to ensure efficient workflow and safetyCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other trades to coordinate tasksMaintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, maintenance, and incidents About you You will need to have good physical strength, a head for heights, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of safety practices. Along with: Level 3 Elementary, 4 Intermediate or Level 5 Advanced Scaffolding Ticket Class 2 licenceF endorsement preferredCurrent working at heights preferred What do we offer?
