Our client requires a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join the team of highly skilled and experienced professionals.
We're looking for someone with the following experience, skills and attributes:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
A focus on customer service.
Broad knowledge of tools, industrial, and engineering supplies.
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Achievement of sales targets and contribution to the overall success of the business.
Sourcing Products from Suppliers - purchasing will be a big part of this role.
Product Category Management - You will be responsible for a Major Product Category in the Store.
Handling customer enquiries, processing sales transactions, providing product recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in the merchandising and organization of the store to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Participation in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
