Role Summary: As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, utilising your unique set of skills and experience to deliver Salesforce.com projects as well as delivering quality outcomes for our clients and successful work for OSF Digital. As a respected consultant and Salesforce.com evangelist, you will be required to roll up your sleeves and provide high-end consultancy services (from analysis through to design as well as hands-on configuration) and engage in the delivery of solutions working closely with OSF Digital's Delivery Managers and liaising between technical and functional teams both within OSF Digital and its clients. Building strong customer and partner relationships will also be integral to the role, providing advice and guidance to OSF Digital's business development team through presales activities. Continued development of your Salesforce functional and configuration consulting skills is essential through formal and self-learning to ensure that you continue to provide quality solutions. As part of this, you will be expected to gain and maintain one or more Salesforce certifications. Key Responsibilities: Delivery of quality Salesforce solutions through hands-on configuration of the Salesforce Platform either as part of a team or as an individual consultant as required. Build strong client and partner relationships. Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Pre-sales activities working closely with OSF Digital's business and development team and directors. Execute on other responsibilities in line with business objectives as required. Help to develop key new solutions offerings to enhance OSF Digital's existing solutions suite. Resolution and escalation of issues and manage expectations to achieve client satisfaction. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the current client base and communicate these with the appropriate relationship manager. Keep abreast of trends and products, thus helping to ensure that OSF Digital's Salesforce offering continues to grow and stays at the market forefront. Contribute to a great environment for others to work within. Project estimates and scoping based on client requirements. Prioritisation and ability to engage across multiple projects. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, highly organised and focused on work quality planning. Skill Set: 3+ years project delivery experience in line with core capabilities. Strong functional background and understanding of CRM and in particular Salesforce.com. Experience in presales, proposals and estimation. Strong presentation and/or public speaking skills, outstanding written communication skills. Education: All Salesforce consultants are expected to hold and maintain current Salesforce Administration certification in addition to any other certifications relevant to their role.
