About Us
We are a proudly New Zealand-owned and operated KiwiSaver and wealth manager. We were founded on the belief that all Kiwis should have access to simple, easy-to-understand financial advice and socially responsible investments that deliver long-term profitability. Ultimately, we exist to educate, empower, and advise Kiwis, to help them achieve materially better financial outcomes at retirement.
We are a business that cares about making a difference and our people play a key role in bringing our mission to life. We encourage our people to bring their ideas to the table and empower them to lead initiatives that will positively impact our business, community, and members.
About The Role
We have a new opportunity to join our growing Salesforce team. As a business, we have invested heavily in technology to enhance the experience for our members and advisers and ensure better ways of working. In this role, you will partner with our business units to identify their needs and ensure that we are maximising our investment, improving and supporting Salesforce functionality and usage.
Your day-to-day will look something like this:
Mix of supporting the delivery of key projects (including business projects like launching new digital tools or maintenance work for new releases), and BAU (supporting tickets for small changes, bug fixes, user creation/deactivation).
Partnering with internal teams to understand their needs and, with the help of senior colleagues, identify opportunities in business processes that can be achieved with Salesforce functionality.
Acting as the liaison and 'bridge' between technical and non-technical teams.
Training and coaching internal users in Salesforce capabilities.
Designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.
Undertaking end-to-end testing across Salesforce changes and enhancements.
About You
You love the platform and know your way around it, but you're a firm believer in continuous learning and like to expand your Salesforce knowledge, skills, and certifications. Your problem-solving skills and critical thinking drive you to keep looking at ways to improve and automate processes, always with the customer experience in mind.
The skills that will help you succeed in this position include:
Salesforce Administrator Certification. Platform App Builder and a keen interest in pursuing additional certifications in various Salesforce Clouds would be beneficial.
2+ years of experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce.
Time management skills to manage multiple tasks and execute based on agreed priorities.
Strong communication skills to build relationships across the organisation and offer end-user support.
High attention to detail and the ability to create quality documentation.
Eagerness to learn and ask questions. You don't give up and know when you need to ask for help.
Why This is The Place for You
Our culture is what sets us apart. We set ourselves high standards, ensuring our work environment is one where people thrive and also have fun. We invest significantly in the well-being of our people and are intentional about celebrating wins.
Exposure to modern technology (MuleSoft, AWS, Amazon Connect) and a variety of projects to sharpen your skills.
Development opportunities to deepen your knowledge of Salesforce CRM services (Sales, Financial Services, Experience, and Service Cloud). It includes study assistance and ongoing training & support.
We offer a hybrid model that empowers you to balance work and home life seamlessly.
Competitive base salary + bonus package paid twice a year, additional KiwiSaver contribution, corporate benefits, and more!
Well-being benefits including health insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and discounted gym membership.
Proactive Health & Wellbeing Committee that organises a full calendar of events and initiatives that support Social Connection, Community, and Mental Health.
Comfortable and central Auckland CBD office location.
Ready for your next move?
Click 'Apply' and submit your updated CV and Trailblazer ID if it's public. We are interested in understanding what attracted you to this opportunity and hearing about the unique skills and experiences you would bring to this role and our team.
We look forward to meeting you!
Applicants for this position should hold a valid visa to work full-time in NZ
