Due to company growth, we are looking for a Sales Support person to join the team in the Merchandising back office.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the trading team with contract management administration
Providing customer support on the phone and over email
Processing sales orders and inventory management
There's heaps of variety in each day and there's heaps to learn!
This company is located in Sylvia Park, and it's an office-based Monday to Friday role.
Working hours are 8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm.
The ideal person:
Looking after your customers, both internally and externally, is your number one priority
You're well organized with strong communication skills
You have an analytical side too, with the confidence to analyze issues and make decisions
