Stihl Shop Morrinsville & McLarens Rural Services is a busy retail and service centre, providing sales & servicing of new and used outdoor power equipment, milking machinery and water pumps.
A full-time position has become available in our Sales & Administration team. The role is diverse in the sense that you will assist with both sales and customer service, as well as general office and administration duties like invoicing, placing orders, assisting with stock management, entering job details and contacting customers and suppliers for backorder information.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and a strong focus on customer service. Some knowledge of either outdoor power equipment or milking machines would be a bonus but not a requirement. Training in all aspects of the role will be given to the successful candidate. Competitive remuneration package and days negotiable as some weekend work available.
Key Skills & Experience: - Confident and friendly – able to deal with any customer enquiries whether by phone or face to face. - Strong computer skills with experience operating Infusion Business Software or similar. - Ability to show initiative and have excellent attention to detail. - Some sales or customer service experience. - A sound knowledge of key Health & Safety principles.
