Establishing strong client relationships, you will be out in the farming community promoting energy efficiency within the sector.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy.Identify and qualify potential farming clients interested in optimising their energy profile.Engage with dairy farm owners, managers, and key stakeholders to understand their specific energy requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customised energy solutions based on the unique needs of each dairy farm.Present and articulate the benefits of energy-efficient technologies, including solar power, to potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy farm clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Qualifications Relevant Tertiary education in agri-business, or a proven sales track record in a related field.Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the agricultural or energy industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.The resilience and confidence to establish a new client relationships and a willingness to be out in the farming community.Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.You will need to provide your own vehicle, however, an allowance will be provided.
