They are dedicated to expandingtheir client base and enhancing relationships with existing customers,driving growth in the mechanical and technical sectors.Position Purpose: The Sales Representative will be responsible fordriving sales growth across the business. This role involves expandingour client base and strengthening relationships with existing customersthrough the strategic promotion of our extensive product range andservice offerings across a designated territory.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets with existing and new customers.- Identify growth opportunities within the territory and create plans to capitalise on these opportunities.- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.- Collaborate with technical teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of all product offerings.- Promote the full range of products and services offered including- tube fittings and adapters, instrumentation fittings, rubber compound hoses, thermoplastic hoses, silicon hoses, ultra-high-pressure hoses and fittings, thermoplastic tubing and bundles, PTFE products, quick-disconnect and diagnostic couplings, instruments, check valves, and special products.Qualifications & Experience:- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the mechanical or technical sectors.- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex product lines.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Personal Attributes:- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- High level of motivation and commitment to organisational goals.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel as required by the role.Why Join?- Be part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to growth and innovation.- Opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and services.- Supportive team environment with a focus on professional development.How to Apply: If you are a motivated and strategic sales professionallooking to make an impact, apply now!
