This sales-based role's main objective will be to introduce our client's premium line of products to new customers, build meaningful client relationships, and drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Proactively generate new sales leads through local market presence, networking, cold calling, targeted phone calls, and social media.Merchandising - Present and demonstrate products, communicating key benefits to potential clients.Build and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Meet and exceed individual sales targets, earning commission on every successful sale.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Stay knowledgeable about the product line, company values, and industry trends.About YouYou have a growing interest in naturopathy and a passion for the cosmetic industry. You possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills and are a self-motivated go-getter driven to achieve personal and company sales goals. You have the ability to work independently and stay aligned with the business brand and values.Minimum 2 years' experience in salesPassion for people – an established networker through authenticityPassion for skin care and naturally derived productsAvailability to work weekend markets as required (not every weekend)Ability to travel nationally as requiredFull New Zealand Driver LicenseWhat's on OfferThis position operates under a Straight Commission (Commission Only) structure.Commission Rate: 10% of wholesale price per product sold.Opportunity for base salary or bonus structure reviewed monthly and dependent on sales growth.Unlimited income potential - earnings are based solely on sales performance.Flexible on residing location: Canterbury, Wellington, or Auckland.Vehicle compensation.
