Sales Representative for Commercial Floor Coverings Responsibilities:
Market and sell all Synergy Flooring products and services. Service all clients' flooring and sample requests and present information. Business Development - responsible for maintaining existing client base and expanding clientele. Assist in hiring and maintaining installation team. Management of installation team including scheduling and notifying of jobs and ordering tools, materials, and products. Project management on install jobs, including all health and safety management. Work with technical team to design & quote high quality solutions for clients. Validate sales pipeline and follow up on all outstanding proposals. Measure, quantify, cost and quote jobs in a timely manner. Liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability for projects. Manage sampling as required. Hold and attend effective sales and production meetings. Compile technical documents for product specification when required to educate clients. Fulfil obligations of contracts when requested by main contractor clients. Keep regular contact with clients – meeting all needs & dealing with complaints as necessary. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Synergy Flooring. Manage and drive the sales process at a high standard. Maintain and encourage health and safety in the workplace.
