About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity to join our team in the role of Sales Operations & Category Support at our Newmarket office in Auckland. This role is perfect for a recent graduate, or someone looking to enter the Retail and Sales market.
The purpose of Sales Operations & Category Support is to assist in the delivery of sales and share objectives of Essity products by providing key analysis and recommendations that contribute to the achievement of category plans and forecasting accuracy. In addition, the role will provide administrative support to the field sales team and the wider Consumer Sales team based in the Newmarket Office.

What You Will Do
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

Maintain and consolidate key reports produced by the category team.
Manage the field sales automation tool "iMobi".
Provide analysis to support sales propositions, category understanding and development of Category Strategies.
Manage and update GS1 Media Library.
Assist in analysis for key category reviews.
Purchase order administration, invoice and payments.
Compile various reports (IM Tool, Category Review Support, Ranking reports for Field Sales Operations, Dunnhumby Store Reports)
Monitor and report on market and competitor activity.
Assist with general office duties, adhoc tasks and special project support.

Experience and Attributes

Sound time management, organisational and planning skills
Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills is essential
Business or Marketing degree desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in teams and autonomously
Able to deal with a complexity of multiple systems and data sources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
SAP experience desirable
