ABOUT THE ROLEStripe's GTM Data Governance team is responsible for managing, creating rules, and structuring our GTM data. The GTM Data Governance team at Stripe works to establish standards, ownership, and processes of data to increase revenue, reduce cost, and increase productivity. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, managing data operational functions within CRM, and solving problems with limited oversight. In this operational role supporting the GTM Sales and Marketing teams, you will fill a critical role across our Global Ops disciplines.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage data for Sales campaigns within SalesforceOwn the sales-play list execution from start to finish, including data matching, enriching, reporting, and ongoing maintenanceWork with Data Quality Lead to establish best practices for resolving data issues and root cause analysisDevelop materials and standards for improving data management within the Stripe CRM environmentContribute to the GTM Data Governance Council best practices and inform on insights of how to solve complex data challengesEstablish repeatable data operational procedures that can be leveraged by internal GTM teamsBuild Salesforce reports and dashboards to support analysis & planning using internal dataSupport the team in efforts to combine internal data with third-party information to generate new insights for the Sales and Marketing functionsDevelop an understanding of the underlying data architecture supporting Sales and Marketing and how it is used to manage Go-To-Market functionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related fieldAt least 6-8 years of work experienceExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, aggregate large amounts of data, and conduct required analysesExpertise in campaign, target, and list management in SalesforceDemonstrated experience with Salesforce: managing data loads, understanding objects, object relations, and data managementSQL Experience is a hard requirement. Need to be proficient in SQL (at immediate level)Quantifiable benchmark for SQL fluency. Writing queries from scratchExperience using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reportingProactive/Self-Starter type of attitudeDrive and lead projects/initiativesProvide Perspective and opinion and executeFollow through on managerial asksDeliver on more analytical reporting: SQL, Excel, Salesforce, etc.Strong Salesforce experience developing dashboards, developing insights, and communicating with various stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsPrior experience at a growth stage Internet/software companyPrior experience in the payments industryWorking directly with enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, D&B Optimizer, Salesloft, or HubSpotWork experience with Salesforce CasesComfortable with spreadsheets, SQL, Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups
