Continuous Spouting was established over 30 years ago; we offer the largest range of "Continuous" profiles and colours to Kiwis all over the country and are introducing new products to market via the Barracuda - Precision Building Materials, Brand.
We are on the hunt for an energetic and hands-on Sales & Office Administrator to join our busy team in Takanini.
In this role, you will help run the day-to-day administration of the office ensuring all enquiries are answered in a friendly and efficient manner and assist the General Manager, Accounts Manager and Operations Manager with sales and administration duties. This role is reception based.
This role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday but we can be flexible and work around school hours for the right candidate.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
To be able to build effective and strong relationships with customers
To have excellent written and verbal communication
Be tech savvy, able to learn new systems & software
Experience with MYOB and/or ServiceM8 is an advantage
Intermediate to Advanced level using MS Word and Excel
Experience processing sales orders & customer payments
To be well organised, with excellent time management skills
Job Scope:
Be the first voice or face customers will interact with
Assistance to sales team via phone, email, and face to face
Create new jobs from sales leads received and assign to the Sales Reps
Being able to take customers' enquiries and process orders via phone, email or walk-in
Purchase sundry components from suppliers
Process deposits for our Installation jobs & invoices and payments for our supply only customers at reception
Provide reception management, including primary phone call fielding and distribution
Assist customers find the right product for their needs
Provide Administration support to Operations Manager, Accounts Manager and Factory Supervisor
Complete daily sales reports, and payroll attendance reports
Assist with IT requirements and new staff
