Our client in Pakuranga is looking for experienced Sales & Marketing  Manager / Business Development Manager  to join thier team, and we are known for our delicious selection of fresh bread, pastries, and cakes.
With the opening of our new branch, we are excited to expand our reach and continue delivering top-quality products to our community.
To support this growth, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales & Marketing  Manager / Business Development Manager  to oversee our retail and wholesale operations.
Minimum 30 hours and Maximum 40 hours Guaranteed.
NZ $ 29 - NZ 30 Per Hour Key Responsibilities: Manage Daily Operations:  Ensure smooth daily operations of both the retail and wholesale branches of the bakery, maintaining high standards of product quality and customer service.
Team Leadership:  Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment.
Marketing and Sales:  Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Customer Service:  Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:  Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste.
Health and Safety Compliance:  Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
Financial Reporting:  Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Qualifications and Experience: A qualification in Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role, ideally within a retail or customer service environment.
Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to address feedback constructively.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of bakery operations is a plus, but not essential.
