We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager – Inside Sales to manage and motivate our Internal Account Managers. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, improving team performance, and fostering a positive, safety-driven culture based in Wiri, Manukau.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue and profit targets for your sales region, implementing effective strategies to meet and exceed expectations.
Identify and develop strategies to increase market share, leveraging insights into market trends and customer needs.
Mentor and coach team members on best practices in sales techniques, fostering professional growth and development.
Lead initiatives that boost team collaboration and performance, creating a high-energy, results-driven environment.
Enhance customer experience and loyalty through proactive engagement and tailored solutions
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment in meeting customer needs and expectations.
Ensure compliance with CRM practices, providing training and support to optimize usage and effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of senior experience with leadership and Account Management
Proven experience in managing high performing teams.
Excellent relationship management, customer service and project management skills
Strong problem solving and organisational skills
Excellent communicator and collaborator
High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
Demonstrate exceptional leadership acumen.
Focused on continuous improvement.
Self-motivated with a positive and inclusive attitude
