The Role: Sales Management Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and position the Sans (ceuticals) brand globally.
Core Attributes 10+ years experience within Sales Management, proven track record Be self-directed and driven Excellent problem solver and creative business thinker Highly organised, great at follow-up People focused and great at building relationships Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential partners to expand reach and distribution Develop sales targets and proactive approach to achieve them Create strategies for both sell-in and sell-through of existing and new collections Nurture and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction Plan associated quarterly forecasts, closely monitor inventory to ensure enough product available for demand Create a monthly reporting structure for sales data analysis Work closely with Head of Marketing on activation strategies and deliverables Work closely with Head of CX + Dispatch when onboarding new prospects Set price and margin targets for key accounts/regions Location Sans (ceuticals) head office is based in Auckland, New Zealand however the role can also operate remotely from Australia — Melbourne/Sydney.
Hours This is a full-time role, however there is flexibility for part-time hours if preferred for the right candidate.
