What is the Role As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team to achieve and exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will oversee the sales operations, manage a team of motivated sales professionals, and work closely with our marketing and finance departments to develop strategies that maximize profitability and market share. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
