Job Description
Sales Manager - Arabic Speaker We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager, who will be responsible for driving sales growth from the Arabian market to deliver excellent results.
What's in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21What you will be doing: Develop and implement a sales strategy for the target market that aligns with the overall hotel strategyBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Saudi Arabian marketGenerate leads and identify potential new business opportunities, including group business, MICE and leisure segmentsDevelop packages and promotions that appeal to the Saudi Arabian market and drive incremental revenueAchieve set targets to deliver excellent resultsAttend relevant trade events and exhibitions and represent the hotel to potential clientsCollaborate with other departments, including F&B, Revenue Management and Operations, to ensure an excellent guest experienceQualifications
Your experience and skills include: A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role in the hospitality industry, with specific experience in the Arabian marketProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersAbility to think strategically and develop plans that align with the overall hotel strategyStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive business growthFluent in English and Arabic is requiredAdditional Information
