Responsibilities
Achieve personal sales quota every month
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
Ensure excellent customer service
Ensure store/shop is presentable at all times
Open and close store at beginning and end of day, when required
Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene
Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
Acquiring and updating the product information of both employees and competitors
Identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Arrange delivery of the products and install the product
Follow up with the prospects to ensure satisfaction with the purchased products and establish long-term relationships with customers
Report to the management about the sales reports and other day-to-day activities
Maximizing profitability for the business through promotional activities on an ad-hoc basis
Ensuring day-to-day compliance with H&S obligations
Participating in sales team meetings
Fulfil other duties as required by management or other department personnel as requested
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience
Demonstrable track record of achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed
