The Role
A unique and exciting opportunity for a self-motivated team player to join an experienced team is available with this sought after company. The role works across 3 key areas: Account Management, Estimating and Customer Relations and is best suited to a candidate who can offer superior service across all areas. Instore Customer Service is also a requirement from time to time. A key aspect will be taking ownership from enquiry through to the completion stage whilst maintaining optimum professionalism, problem solving and using initiative during the solution process. Responsibilities Include: Creating new business opportunities and maintaining existing business relationships Coordinating products, plans, pricing, estimating and quoting Taking responsibility for each job from start to finish Liaising with multiple parties, ensuring each step of the process is on track Keeping updated with product range, building knowledge Reading and interpreting floor and house plans Showroom customer service delivery alongside other team members About You Existing sales experience – new business and account management Exceptional relationship management skills Ability to read plans with estimating and measuring experience A natural technical tendency with a good understanding of numbers Strong work ethic and professional integrity A balanced approach toward customer satisfaction and business results Willingness to learn, a thirst for knowledge and ability to retain information Demonstrating a high priority towards accuracy and attention to detail The Offer
