The role will see you working a mix of both in and out of the office.You will have plenty of variety, interacting with transport providers and our sales team. There are opportunities for development into a larger role in dispatch & transport or towards sales, this can be aligned with your interests!Key responsibilities of the role:Being the point of contact for both customers and our sales reps, planning product delivery timeframes and finding solutions to meet their requirements. This requires innovative thinking. With experience gained, this will include providing pricing and technical support to customers.Dispatching. Preparing dispatch dockets for trucks leaving the site. With experience, this will include planning loads and checking loads being dispatched.Key Skills & Experience:Sales experience, training will be provided.A positive, calm team player.Creative problem-solving ability.Previous experience in product dispatch is preferred, but not essential.Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment and prioritize work.Accuracy and attention to detail is very important in this role as it is the final check in place to ensure customer orders are accurately fulfilled.An enthusiastic and passionate attitude.If you have good attention to detail, are an innovative thinker, and enjoy a mix of working in and out of the office, we want to hear from you.On offer:Competitive package including medical insurance is provided.
