Sales Manager / Sales Director - Direct Selling Industry Salary: $140k - $160k +Location: Aukland, New ZealandIdeal Experience: Strong sales management experience, preferably in direct selling model! Our client is a leader in the development and production of premium nutritional and personal care products, distributed directly to preferred customers and associates globally.
Position Overview The Sales Director will lead the sales team & sales managers to achieve revenue goals and expand market share. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. A key partner in developing and implementing strategic business plans, the Sales Director will also provide innovative solutions to complex challenges and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities Lead and drive the sales team to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets across assigned regions.Build and maintain relationships with key associates while identifying and nurturing new leaders.Develop and track sales plans, monitor performance, and analyse market trends to identify business opportunities.Provide high-quality coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders, aligning them with company goals.Maintain close contact with independent associates, particularly new recruits and leaders.Propose and monitor annual training and recognition budgets.Plan and execute a yearly training program for associates at various levels of seniority, including onsite sessions and roadshows.Collaborate with the Marketing Department and Head Office to create an effective onboarding program to ensure associate retention in the market segment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, health sciences, or a related field.Strong sales & management experienceStrong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work under pressure, with a collaborative and mature approach.
