About the Role: You will be responsible for calling a high volume of leads in the CRM, aiming to either close the leads or book appointments with KiwiSaver Advisors.
You will be expected to make 150 calls a day and handle customer interactions when calls are answered.
The role involves a high volume of calls and requires adaptability and a high level of self-motivation.
Comprehensive training will be provided during the first week, with ongoing support available.
The initial work hours will be 9am-5pm, shifting to 11am-7:30pm from Monday to Thursday, with a shorter Friday schedule of 9am-4pm.
About You: We are looking for candidates with previous call centre experience, preferably in sales, as this role involves hitting daily targets and handling objections.
A strong customer service background is also acceptable if you are comfortable with making a high volume of calls and have the drive to develop your sales skills.
Excellent communication skills and resilience are essential, as you'll be speaking with customers across New Zealand.
Our ideal candidate will be a fast learner, comfortable with handling calls and ready to fine-tune your existing skills with support.
Having the confidence to communicate with a diverse range of customers is key to succeeding in this role.
