With a newly opened satellite office in Dunedin, they are excited to continue their reach to more clients across NZ.About the roleAs a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will involve reaching out to warm leads, educating them about the value of financial advice, and setting up appointments with their expert Financial Advisers. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires resilience, adaptability, and a drive to meet targets.What your day-to-day might look like:Engaging with warm leads daily and sharing the value of our client's services to convert them into appointments.Building genuine, meaningful connections with clients, providing accurate information about the company, and championing their mission to improve financial wellbeing in NZ.Manage leads and time efficiently to meet KPIs – this will include making a minimum of 120 dials per day to keep up with their SLAs.Collaborate closely with Financial Advisers to ensure a seamless client experience through teamwork and open communication.By becoming part of our client's Sales Development Team, you'll also develop invaluable skills in communication, relationship-building, and sales techniques.This role is a full-time, permanent position, based out of their office in Dunedin Central. Your shifts will rotate between 9am-7.30pm Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday every 4-6 weeks.About youWe're looking for individuals who are self-driven, customer-centric, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment, making a high volume of calls.
