Sales Design Team Lead W/M

As the Sales Design Team Lead, you will be instrumental in coordinating and guiding the sales design team to deliver effective technical design solutions. You will work as part of a collaborative team to provide mechanical design support during the tender process for estimation and tender submission; working closely with the sales team, estimators, and other engineering disciplines to understand the client's requirements and develop a solution that best meets their needs.
Responsibilities:

Engineer and design conveyor layout over client's architectural plans according to the design requirement and specification.
Communicate regularly with other members of the project/bid team and be proactive in seeking necessary information to complete the design.
Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of layouts, take-offs and information to the costing team.
Occasional domestic and international travel for site visits to verify and gather information.
